Lenticular hologram

My friend Jay posted has a very fancy car but that’s not what this is about today ;-)
Jay posted a really cool video showing his “Lenticular 3d models” on Youtube.
I am not too sure how he does it exactly but that’s really cool. I wonder how this would work with animation…..
